Fully equipped with stackable washer and dryer, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and flat screen t.v.'s for living room. Features lovely master bedroom with attached private bath, plus guest bedrooms with two queen beds each. Both Master bedrooms have large closets with tons of storage space and built-in safe. This condo is beautifully decorated and includes luxury furniture and linens.

  I'm sorry to say that for the price we booked we could have stayed at a beautiful condo in front of the beach and these houses are just not what we expected. The property is all around dirty and not well maintained, the pool was dirty and all roads and pathways are dirt so it gets really dusty and dirty all around. The neighbors have cats and the driveway smells like cat droppings all day. The drains where plugged up in the kitchen but we managed. Everything in the house works I'm not saying it does not its just very cheaply furnished and equipped. Towels and linens look like they've been used waaaay over their life span and even the common area furniture is very poorly maintained and really not enough. Security is an issue as there is no controlled access, we had an issue with this when we left. We brought in a trailer with an atv and when we drove back to the city we noticed somebody tried to steal the wheels from the trailer. Overall would not recommend this property, I understand it's high season being Easter week and all but I have to say it's really not priced correctly. On the plus side I have to say the company that does the management of the rental process itself is really good, they where always in great contact and helpful, this is just something out of their hands.

  Great place close to lots of beaches! Will need a car to get around from this location though! There was only 3 of us but there was more than enough room for 6 to sleep. Would stay here again if we make our way back to Costa Rica

  What a lucky find! The condo was great - spacious, clean, really nice beds. The pool area was awesome, and we loved the short walk down to the corner store for supplies. Also very close to beautiful beaches. Willy in the front office was super great and made us very welcome. We would definitely stay here again!
