  This was a perfect place for groups or families of 6 or less. Very clean and amble supplies of household items. Very safe and quiet. The place was situated close to many beaches and restaurants. After a long day of sightseeing we stepped out the back door and there was a swimming pool to relax in.

  Excellent place to stay!!! Good for family vacation, very clean, fully equipped and comfortable, They are located near different amazing beaches and facilities! We have stayed there three times and we recommend not only Cabo Velas State but also their houses. We have are satisfied with the service and place. The only thing I recommend to improve is to keep always a security guard at the entrance to be sure that only guests get in.

  It was a new three bedroom condo, very nice finishes, great back back deck, kitchen, etc. I have two kids, so this place was great and easy enough to keep clean with all of the beach stuff. Location is close to some awesome beaches, but quieter than Tamarindo (I think Tamarindo is a bit much - traffic & people). Pool right out back that the kids loved too! Staff was great and the place was clean. Highly recommended.
