This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom townhome is located in Cabo Velas Estates in Matapalo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Less than 10 minutes from 5 different Pacific Coast beaches: Playa Conchal, Bahia Piratas, Playa Minas, Playa Brasilito, and Playa Grande.

Fully equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, full oven/stove and a flat screen t.v. for the living room.
Features lovely masterbedroom with attached private bath, plus guest bedroom with a Queen bed and separate guest bathroom. Both bedrooms have large closets with tons of storage space and built-in safe.
This condo is beautifully decorated and includes luxury furniture and linens, and also includes a large sofa bed in the living to allow for extra guests.

  Our 1st time in Costa Rica. We enjoyed our stay at Cabo Velas. We had a clean villa with 2 bedrooms and a/c in bedrooms and living room. It was well equipped. Water is extremely hard but drinkable. Pool was great and clean. Not very busy either. Our location was wonderful as it was in between Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo.

  All in all we thought the location was perfect for us. 15 min drive to any venue we decided to explore. the beaches were all close and other towns were easy to reach. only thing I can complain about are the terrible beds we slept on.....very uncomfortable, sore spine every morning. both rooms, sorry to say. The staff was very helpful and personable. if we are able to come back there we would try a different unit. We would recommend Cabo Velas to all our friends. we already did. Thanks again for our great experience.
