  We've been long-term renters here for the past 1.5 years. Super safe, friendly staff, and a short drive to the beach. Its also closer to grocery stores, banks, schools, etc. So this is a practical place to live.

  Management was wonderful, extremely responsive and reactive and rental very clean, modern with all necessary appliances/ equipment. However the pool was poorly maintained and the gated community remote from everything, so expect driving at least 15-20 minutes to either place you need to get to- restaurants, beach, groceries etc.

  Quite good location, nice premises well equipped , very hot upstairs, no possibility to open windows, no fans. Downstairs is better. If you like To use AC all the time you are lucky. We couldn't so without fans it is inconvenient. Swimming pool is good, but was always dirty because of the construction. Downstairs in the bathroom there were a lot of ants. Cleaning not included. A shame for that price.

  Exelente lugar, la carretera de entrada en lo unico regular, por lo demas, cerca de varias playas, si se desea ir a la playa. Por dentro el lugar es ademas de exelente diseño, muy bien equipado, para estar en familia y descansar es exelente, iugal si se desea como punto de estadia para desplazarse a otros lugares, es muy cerca de varios lugares conocidos.
